Essential Baby Exchange (EBE) is a woman-led nonprofit working to close the baby care equity gap—one essential at a time. Founded in 2022 by a mother who saw both need and opportunity, EBE provides diapers, clothing, and vital baby items to under-resourced families while building a bold, scalable model for nationwide impact. We believe access to baby essentials isn’t a luxury—it’s a right. Our mission is simple: Support parents. Equip babies. Build equity from birth.
